The lawsuit-

GVAC threatened to sue for Cybersquatting, illegal use of a trademark name, and a few
other items. This website is completely legal and is an expression of my 1st
Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution. GVAC was threatening to infringe upon
these rights.

After this, GVAC filed the civil suit below. In fact, I should be suing them as I am unable
to use the original Makeup air system that I had installed. I have damages for this in
the thousands of dollars plus legal fees.

Do you want to deal with a company that is complicit and does things like report their
own un-permitted work to the city? The result almost a $1,000 fine.
